At the date of the last update, there was no published data available on its excretion in human milk.

Product with few, old bibliographic references, with little known pharmacokinetic data (Hulot 1998) and marketed in few countries.

Product considered of low therapeutic utility. (UTB 2001)

Known safer alternatives are preferable, especially during the neonatal period and in the event of prematurity.

  • Pentoxifylline (Safe product and/or breastfeeding is the best option.)
