甲氯芬那酸

It is a low potency non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) derived from anthranilic acid similar to mefenamic acid. It is used to treat mild to moderate pain in rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, dysmenorrhea and menorrhagia. It is administered orally in 3 to 4 daily doses.

Its high plasma protein binding makes excretion into breast milk unlikely

Until more information on this drug concerning breastfeeding is available, a safer alternative is preferred.
