First generation antihistamine drug which is derived from ethylene diamine with important sedative and antimuscarinic effects. The anticholinergic effect may inhibit lactation.

At latest update no published data on excretion into breast milk was found.

Drug that is scarcely supported by bibliographical evidence, which is marketed in very few countries from Eastern Europe, Mexico ...

Until more published information about this drug regarding breastfeeding appears, it may be preferable the use of a known and safer alternative.
